HPP Spring Camp

Hockey Nova Scotia conducts Spring Evaluation Camps each season with over 500 male and female players participating in six categories from throughout Nova Scotia.  

Each camp offers each participant practices, off-ice physical training sessions, class session on important hockey topics as well as competition. 

The spring camp has been designed to offer each player the chance to demonstrate their skills within a short term event while taking valuable developmental experiences that will assist them in understanding what it will take to raise their game to the next level.

Players are offered the following:

- Player/Parent Orientation on the program;
- Two practice sessions;
- Two classroom sessions on topics of interest to the aspiring players;
- Four games where they are evaluated by Program staff;
- Camp sweater and apparel; and
- Goaltender session


Dates for the 2011 High Perofrmance Spring Camp 

Spring Camp – Male Under 14 (April  8-10 ,2011)

Spring Camp - Male Under 15 and Under 16 (April  15-17, 2011)

Spring Camp - Female Under 15 and Under 17 (April 22- April 24, 2011)

 All Evaluation Camps will take place at St. Margarets Centre in Tanallon, N.S
