Taylar Made Security Titans advance to quarter-final at Monctonian.
2009-11-21After a set back to Mirimichi on Friday night, the Titans brought a solid effort against Pictou Saturday morning, winning 3-1, and advancing to the quarter-final game on Saturday night.
The Titans dropped a 4-2 decision on Friday night to Mirimichi, and put them in a "must-win" situation on Saturday morning against a tough opponent, the Pictou County Weeks.
The Titans responded with a strong effort against the Weeks, and came out on top with a 3-1 victory.
Kyle Cambell, Andrew Graham and Brandon Boutilier scored for the Titans.
The Titans now move on to the quarter-final on Saturday evening, where they will face off against the New England Huskies. Puck drop is 6:30PM.
