Spencer Cameron opened the scoring for the Titans late in the first, who held a 1-0 lead after one period.
The Tradesmen tied it in the second period, and both teams went scoreless in the third, thanks to solid goaltending from both teams.
However, just under two minutes into the extra frame, the Tradesmen were able to sneak one by goaltender Richard Tingley, who played well on the night, stopping 33 of 35 shots.
The Titans game against the Cape Breton West, scheduled for Sunday at 12:30PM, has been cancelled.
The team will have a day of practice, and will prepare to head to the Gatineau Kiwanis Midget Tournament early Tuesday morning.
