2010-01-13The Taylar Made Security Titans defeated the visiting Valley Wildcats by a score of 5-0 on Tuesday night at the Civic Centre.
Zack Clarke led the charge, scoring twice for the Titans, who outshot the Wildcats 51-5 in the game.
Kyle Campbell and Andrew Graham each tallied a goal and assist for the Titans, while Tyler Mathieu also bulged the twine.
Brody Power and Jordan Keizer each contributed 2 assists to the win.
Rookie goaltender Jacob Brennan recorded his 4th shutout of the season, tying a league record set by Cape Breton's Philip David, set in 1982, and later tied by Trent Cavicchi of Dartmouth in 1992.
The Titans are back in action on Saturday night, when they head to Dartmouth to take on the Subways.
