Titans Get Even In OT – Series Tied 2-2

Game Four was a continuation of the bad blood and animosity we have seen so far in this NSMMHL championship series.

After the Titans jumped out to an early 1-0 lead, Dartmouth took a rather suspicious penalty for making “Contact” with the Titans Net minder.  Though Brandon Whitney finished the period he did not come out for the remainder of the game.

The Titans took a 2-0 lead just after Dartmouth killed their 5 Minute Major penalty. Unfortunately The Titans ended up in their own penalty trouble and finished the period up 2-1.

In the third, the Titans gave up another power play goal to even the game at 2-2.

Killing two more penalties late was the key to make it into Overtime where Tyler Mathieu got the game winner at 7:29OT
