New logo for 2012-2013 Season
Titans take both weekend games.
Halifax Titans started off the 2012-2013 season on Sat, night in New Glasgow against the Weeks Major Midgets, and came out with a hard fought 4-3 win. Scoring for the Titans were Layton Parsons, Dillon Boucher, Luc Poirier and Adam Clarke. Nick Dawe got the win in nets.
On Sunday, the Titans travelled across the bridge to take on long time rivals Dartmouth Major Midgets. The Titans and Dartmouth Midgets battled back and forth all game long and after 60 mins were tied at 2-2. Third year Titans forward Jack Patterson was the hero as he scored the game winner in OT for the 3-2ot win. Layton Parsons and Luc Poirier also scored and Jacob Dempsey provided solid goaltending for the win.
Halifax Titans next game is Sat. Sept. 22 as they host the 1st place Valley Wildcats in the home opener, 7:30pm at the Civic.
