Ethan Marsh battles against the Wildcats
Titans face tough challenge
The Titans welcomed the Valley Wildcats to the Civic on Sat. night for the '12-'13 home opener, in what was to be a battle of two of the top ranking teams in the NSMMHL season thus far.
The Wildcats however, were the stronger team on this night and came out on top of the Titans 5-1. Jordan Bezanson was the only Titan to find the back of net.
On Sunday the Titans travelled to Berwick for the return battle. This time the Titans were ready to battle and got the 6-4 victory, spliting the weekend series.
Scoring for the Titans were Ethan Marsh, John MacDonald on a penalty shot, Jack Patterson, Jordan Bezanson, Adam Clarke and Luc Poirier. Jacob Dempsey got the win in goal.
The Titans next game is Saturday Sept. 29th where they will travel to New Glasgow to take on the Weeks Major Midgets. They return home on Sunday Sept. 30th to play the Weeks Major Midgets at 12:30pm in the Halifax Forum.
