The Board of Directors of the Halifax Titans Major Midget Hockey Club are pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Boyce as their new Head Coach.

Boyce comes to this new role well positioned to lead the Titans.  He has over 10 years of coaching experience, and has enjoyed  success coaching Junior A (Halifax Wolverines 2006/08, Bridgewater Lumberjacks 2008/09), Major Midget (South Shore Mustangs 2010-2012) and High School (QEH 2004-2006 and Citadel High 2012-13).

He has also been involved in the Hockey Nova Scotia high performance program dating back to 2003, and is the current Head Coach of the Nova Scotia U14 Team.

Boyce is also a former player with the team, having played with the Halifax McDonald’s from 1994-1996, and also served on the club’s Board of Directors from 2006-2010.

Boyce is filling the vacancy created by the departure of Kirk Tomlinson, who left the program after 6 years to focus on work commitments. The team would like to thank Tomlinson for his role in positioning the Titans as a perennial contender
