Preseason Fundraiser for Ryan Shay

The Halifax McDonalds Major Midget Hockey Club is pleased to announce that all profits from their home preseason games in August will be donated to Ryan Shay.
HALIFAX, NS August 19, 2014
Ryan Shay is a former South Shore Mustang whose life took a drastic change in 2013 after a car accident resulted in paralysis. Like most hard-nosed hockey players, Shay’s fighting spirit now has his site set on the 2016 Paralympics in Brazil.
The profits from the preseason home games will go towards the $6000 price tag to purchase a custom built racing chair.

vs Charlie’s Pizza South Shore Mustangs
Halifax Forum
Sat Aug 30, 1pm
vs Valley CIBC Wood Gundy Wildcats
BMO Centre
Tickets will be $5 each for general admission. Donations will also be accepted at the door.
